A Dog Salon In Japan Made This Poodle A Perfectly Round Haircut

As dog owners know, getting our dogs groomed is a very important part of the care routine – especially if you have a longer haired dog. But going to the dog groomer isn’t just about a wash and a blow-dry, it’s also about styling. And there are a lot of interesting looks for dogs that only end up making them look even more adorable.

Take Goma for example. Goma, who’s name in Japanese translates to “sesame seed,” is a tiny little four-pound poodle. He started rising to the ranks of internet sensations after people were blown away by his adorable haircut. As a poodle, his hair is perfect for fluffing and styling. His perfectly rounded hairdo made the people of social media go nuts for him. There were lots of comments on his look – mostly people talked about how much he resembled a little miniature sheep.

What most people seemed to be wondering, was how he got his amazingly coiffed hair. Well, his owner, Yoriko Hamachiyo, happens to be a professional dog groomer. Lucky little Goma gets to experience always being meticulously groomed.

His look even meant that Goma was recently featured in a dog grooming magazine. This little ball of fluff was so cute as he sat still for Manatee Daisuki, a professional pet photographer who managed to capture his perfect, spherical ‘do.

Goma obviously has his own Instagram, so there is always plenty of content there of his adorable haircut. And he even looks like a heart when he cuddles up to sleep:

And no birthday celebration would be complete without this little fluffy circle with a personalized party hat on:
