Man Builds A DIY Dog Food Dispenser Out Of Cardboard

Are you starting to feel the cabin fever set in with all this self-isolation? If you are, we don’t blame you. It’s pretty tough out there when you’re trying to find things to do at home so you don’t break social-distancing guidelines.

When you think about it, saving the world by staying locked inside your home really is harder than it looks. But never fear, we have a fun DIY project that can help you pass the time so boredom doesn’t send you back to bed. And the best part is, it’s one that your pet pooch can help you out with.

The DIY project is basically a creative treat dispenser for your dog. The guy who came up with the idea showed us that a little bit of cardboard and some hot glue can be a winning combination.

In fact, many other people seem to be wanting to make it as well, since in the first week alone, there were more than 5 million people who watched his video tutorial.

While the actual practicality of the DIY treat/food dispenser is still up for debate, there is no denying that it looks like fun to attempt. Plus, if you have nothing else to do, why not give it a go? We’re sure that your dog wouldn’t mind sitting with you while you create.

The video includes all the steps necessary, starting with the conceptual stage, then moving on through the finished project.

Plus, if you’ve got some glitter or paint somewhere in your craft drawer, there is no telling just how creative you can get with this project.

Watch the tutorial video below:

So, would you guys make this? Have you tried it before? How did it come out? Show us your pictures!
