William Raymond Lewis, Jr., 64, of Rohnert Park, CA, lost his battle to cancer on January 20, 2023, surrounded by his family.William, often referred to as Bill by many, but to family and loved ones he has always been referred to as Billy, Daddy, and Big Papa. Bill Rootham passed away peacefully at the age of 99 in Sydney, Australia.
